PRICING begins at $800.00 for males, and $875.00 for females. However, puppies are priced individually, according to quality size color and Pedigree. This is for a standard size Shih Tzu

Chinese Imperials start at $1500.00 up to $3500.00
( estimated size of 9 lbs and under) My puppies have champion bloodlines and are in excellent health! I do NOT guarantee the adult size of any puppy. I can only estimate by pedigree and prior litters. I refuse to lower the quality of my dogs in order to sell you a "cheaper Puppy".

I produce high quality purebred AKC Shih-Tzu and  Chinese Imperial Dogs. My dogs are raised in the house and used to the hustle and bustle of every day noises. So your baby will come very well socialized.

I breed for health, Beauty and SWEET dispositions!

WE DO NOT SELL TO PUPPY MILLS, PET SHOPS, OR BROKERS!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!

As a breeder I' am responsible for bringing these pups into the world!

We reserve the right to terminate a contract of sale if the conditions of the contract are not met. We reserves the right to refuse or revoke a sale at any time if we feel that the placement is not in the best interest of the puppy or dog

Buyer agrees not to take said pup out in public places at all, until pup has had all of his/her puppy shots.

I feed my dogs top of the line Holistic Dog food which is a human grade food. Due to the recent and past pet food recalls , I refuse to do anything but feed the best. Its my requirement in adopting one of our babies that you do the same. I feed Life's Abundance Holistic human grade pet food and buy purchasing a baby from us you agree to not change their diet and purchase their food and all treats that are safe at Healthypetnet
Unfortunately due to the mounting pet food and treat recalls If any treat or food item is given to said pet other then Healthypetnet  items contract and guarantee are null and void.

DEPOSIT is half the price of the puppy ! Please send postal money order by priority mail with delivery confirmation. No personal checks are accepted. I no longer accept Paypal for puppy deposits or payments!

BALANCE due by the time they are 8 weeks old, balance due must be paid by cash , USPS money order or cashiers check. This avoids hassle at time of delivery. Shipping, mileage or expenses in breeder delivery must be added into the balance due. Unless other arrangements are made, if the balance due is not received when the puppy is 8 weeks old the deposit is forfeited, contract is void, and the puppy will be placed back up for adoption.

$175.00 cancellation fee applies to any sale canceled by buyer for any reason. This fee is to cover my time, the remainder of your deposit will be refunded when your puppy is placed with a new home.
 

Visiting pups in my home~

My vet does not recommend "Open House"type showings of my pups. People coming in and out can bring in Parvo and other cooties on their feet or clothes and puts a whole litter at risk! If you would like to come to my home you are welcome when
my vet advises its safe and the pups are old enough.

Please do not be offended if I ask you to wash your hands and remove your shoes when entering my home.

 

SHIPPING is available for $315. 00

This includes the airfare , health certificate and the airline approved crate. Puppy Pack , food samples and toy with mom and littermates scent.

Buyer assumes all costs associated with shipping. I will ship puppies only when they are at least 9/10 weeks old. Smaller pups ship later.

I reserve the right to determine when the puppies are ready to leave their mommies.
I will drive to meet you in some instances at the cost of $1;50 per mile, this covers my gas and car expenses. If the drive for me is more than 400 miles round trip it will require an overnight stay in a hotel for me at buyers expense.

I do my best to get your puppy to you as soon as possible, but there are sometimes delays. Inclement weather conditions , hazardous driving conditions,( I have a 100 mile drive to Seattle Tacoma airport over a mountain pass). If you want to pick up your puppy at the airport I will meet you there for a $95.00 fee.

Understand that I will not ship a puppy unless I feel that the conditions are safe, and that that particular puppy is ready to make the trip. I do this to ensure that your puppy will arrive to your home safe and healthy. (Thank you for your understanding)

Standard size Shih Tzu are ready for their new homes at 8/10 weeks.

Imperials at 12/14 weeks.  To be determined on an individual basis. If for whatever reason you want your pup to stay past this time. I will charge a small boarding fee of $12.50 per day past the pick up time.

This helps pay for food, my time to potty train and socialize.


Warranty

I offer a written one year puppy replacement warranty against life threatening genetic defects.
If your puppy dies within one year warranty is nil and void of an autopsy is not performed., at buyers expense.

Pinched nostrils and hernias are common in these breeds and is not covered in this warranty.

If you are no longer able to assume responsibility for your Shire Shih Tzu LLC puppy, we will be more than happy to take the puppy back and find a good pet home for it. No refund will be given. Under no condition are you to give the said puppy away!

We would rather be the one to screen puppy parents.

You will be responsible to ship the puppy back to us.

We do not want any of our babies ending up in a shelter or pound! By purchasing a dog or puppy from The Shire Shih Tzu LLC, you agree to the terms and conditions listed in our warranty. And have agreed that you have read my entire website including this page. All puppy's are sold/spay neuter (no breeding rights)

In Rare, case by case basis we may sell with full breeding rights at an additional $400

I reserve the right to terminate a contract of sale at any time, prior to delivery, for any reason. Your deposit or payment will of coarse be refunded if I decide to terminate a pending sale.

Checks are accepted when you pay for your puppy IN FULL including Shipping when your pup is 4 weeks of age ONLY!
